Today we have received an email form the Office of the Community of Kozy with their idea for the first name for one of the goats sponsored by the residents of the  Community.

MAŁGOSIA [Margaret]

Please find below the explanation of this choice by Halina – the employee of the Community Office:

Why?

“Because I talked about this project at home, during our family meetings and the first person who brought the money (50PL ) was Małgosia Kózka. 

She came to the Community Office and brought the banknote saying that she would not be able to be at our Kozyliada but she wanted to donate due to the fact that her last name is Kózka [Little Goat]. She wanted to help families in Kenya because she knew what it had been like to be poor. 

We placed this banknote in our safe and gave it to the volunteers during the Kozyliada. 

Małgosia has the heart of gold. 

Nota bene she is our relative. My husband told her about the project. She set a good example. 

Following her, we could not be worse 😉

Together with our children, grandchildren and friends we collected money for one goat – if not us, then who? My husband’s family name is Kozieł [Billy Goat], his mum’s maiden name was Kózka [Little Goat], and  they built their nest in the wooden house in Zagroda [Pen] – the part of the Community of Kozy. 

We would like to give the first name for the goat: Małgosia.
