I agree to the processing of my personal data by the Help Furaha Foundation with the registered seat in Kraków, ul. Zaporoska 8/5 in order to make the payment to the Foundation's Bank Account and take part in the project.

According to art. 13 of the general decree on personal data protection of the 27th April 2016 (UE Journal of Laws L 119 of the 4th May 2016, we hereby inform that:

6. The recipients of you personal data are only the authorized entities on the grounds of Polish legal system.
7. Your personal data will be stored in our system unless otherwise stated
8. You have the right to have access to your personal data, to correct them, to remove them or to limit the processing of your data. You have the right to object to the processing of your data to fulfil the aims different from the charter ones.
