Dears Friends and Donors,

on the 1st of February  2022 we have started our new aquatic project : “Winter Swimming with Furaszki” by Marek Gierszewski – who is the originator of the project and Coordinator of Help Furaha Foundation. We hope this water and fantastic event will become an annual action for Help Furaha 🙂

“Maji baridi ni afya” in suahili language means “cold water is healthy” 🙂 We would like to invite all of you to take part in this great Action, also for your health and hardening 🙂

We are waiting for you on the 13th of March 2022 from 10.30 am – 12.30 pm in Lagoon Borki, circa 4 km from Radom (Poland). You can also organize this kind of event in your town/ city if you like winter swimming and this kind of challenges.
